It all started in 2009 with an opportunity.
Our founders Chet and Chris Smucker, who are brothers, began working in the pole building industry in the mid-1990s. In 2009 they partnered together to establish Lancaster Pole Buildings, Inc.
Today we remain a family owned and operated business, with members of the 2nd generation of our family working within the business.
Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in the pole building / post-frame building industry. Keeping with the values of our Lancaster County Amish heritage, we strive to satisfy our clients by offering high-quality workmanship and outstanding service at competitive prices.
We build pole barns, pole buildings and post-frame structures throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut.
